Ian Gray
Ian is one of the most respected Turnaround specialists working today. He has extensive international experience of business recovery, undertaking CEO and Chairman roles in:
The UK, Europe, USA, Africa, Asia and Australasia.
Among his wide-ranging assignments, Ian's boardroom experience includes numerous PLCs, and spans many different industry sectors, including: retail, textiles, biotech, food manufacture, leisure, media, electronics, communications and engineering.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Institute For Turnaround.
Peter Bolton
Headquartered in Hong Kong, Peter has been working in and throughout Asia for just over eight years particularly in China, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia and Singapore.
He has a wealth of experience from start-ups through M&As to disposals. Running his own business enterprises enables him to bring an entrepreneur's perspective to the team.
His principle area of expertise lies in internal and external company communications providing organisations the means to deliver a wide range of brand and corporate messages to audiences both broad and targeted.
He has worked closely with a diversity of industries including financial, telecoms, automotive, manufacturing, IT, fashion & lifestyle and property.
Jane Warner
Jane's experience derives from working in PLC Group Finance roles within challenging sectors ranging from retail to construction. She has been involved with a number of significant M&A transactions. She has often led finance teams of the newly combined entity to consider matters such as synergies and best practice.
She brings to our team a perspective formed from having worked in line finance and operational roles within multinational organisations which have gone through restructuring and refinancing.
Her strong academic background, with a degree from Imperial College in London, coupled with her resourceful yet gentle manner enable her to engage quickly with the task in hand. A natural ability with people allow her to motivate diverse teams to deliver.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Jeanna Tracy
Jeanna Tracy has considerable experience in strategic cost transformation initiatives, operating model development and operational efficiencies. She has provided effective solutions in a number of industry sectors such as insurance, retail and investment banking, and high tech industries.
Her background is in global management consulting gained in one of the Big 3 firms.
She is accomplished at identifying cost savings through organizational analysis, business process optimization, infrastructure and vendor rationalization, offshoring and shared service development. She has lead complex cost saving projects that have delivered up to $45 million per annum in cost reductions.
MBA from the University of Utah. Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
Patsy Nelson
Patsy has 14 years’ experience managing large scale technology projects for investment banks in London, Hong Kong and New York. She has a successful track record in significant change management initiatives within the investment banking sector both in an advisory and an executive capacity.
She is naturally entrepreneurial, innovative and a lateral thinker. Extremely organized, focused and results driven, she is able to initiate and efficiently execute complex projects. Her collaborative nature enables her to motivate multiple teams to work towards a common goal.
She has a strong academic record with an Executive MBA graduate from London Business School.
